Leaf Pickup
Information
The City of Belmont will be providing leaf services to residents starting in 2021. Please see the information below to ensure that you are meeting proper requirements for leaf pickup.
Requirements
Leaf piles are collected using an automated vacuum truck on a bi-weekly schedule. Only leaf materials are able to pass through this system. If other debris is found within a leaf pile, City of Belmont staff will not be able to complete the leaf collection process. It is the homeowner's responsibility to separate individual materials.
Debris piles consisting of tree limbs, sticks, branches and shrub trimmings will be picked up on-demand through our Yard Waste Program. This service runs throughout the year. For additional information on the Yard Waste Program, please see the information located near the top of this page.
