A request to subdivide an existing 7.25-acre site zoned Business Campus Development (BC-D) into two outparcels of 4.10 acres and 3.15 acres, and to conditionally rezone the first newly created outparcel to accommodate a four-story Marriott hotel. The proposed 27,117 SF hotel will have 107 guest rooms, a number of amenities, and 110 parking spaces. The zoning of the second outparcel will remain unchanged at this time, though the parcel may be redeveloped and the conditional zoning requirements amended accordingly at a later date.
