Request: The applicant requests relief from sections 3.9 and 3.10 of the Belmont land development code (LDC) to construct a two-story accessory structure in the Glenmere subdivision that is larger than the allowable square footage.

  • Board of Adjustment Meeting: July 14th, 2022, at 6:30 PM (Postponed until the September 8th board meeting) 
  • APPLICANTS WITHDREW THE APPLICATION ON AUGUST 18, 2022. THE PROJECT FILE IS NOW CLOSED.
