Special Use Permit - SUP 2022.01 (previously SKP 2021.09)

A  proposed 4,340 square foot building for a fast food restaurant, Culver's, on Hawley Avenue. The proposed site currently consists of six parcels (214364, 214365, 214366, 221080, 221081, and 221082) on 2.47 acres. This project is seeking approval through the special use permit process for:

  • parking in the front yard per LDC Chapter 5.8.2.1; and
  • exceeding the minimum parking ratio by 200% per LDC Chapter 9.2.1

    • Sketch Plan Submittal - Submitted and under review √
    • TIA?  - Transportation Technical Memorandum (TTM) √
    • Public Notice for Public Hearing - March 25, 2022
    • City Council Public Hearing -  April 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. - APPROVED
