Proposed Amendment:

A request to amend conditional zoning ZA2022.03 for CompleatKidz, located at 54 Myrtle Street, to allow for activation of the third floor for use as office space for Kare Partners, LLC. Additional parking has been secured since the original rezoning to support this request.
