City Offices and Operations

All city offices are now open again to the public. Some staff will still be working remotely, so we recommend you schedule an appointment with staff members. We are no longer taking in-person utility payments. The water department will still be processing all payments that are mailed or placed in one of the city drop boxes (City Hall & CityWorks Center), new water service applications, and water account terminations. The online payment processing fee will be waived moving forward.
Most Advisory Boards and Committee meetings will now be held in-person at the CityWorks building, 1401 E. Catawba Street. For a schedule of these meetings and meeting agendas visit: City of Belmont Meetings and Agendas
Garbage and recycling collection services are still running on their normal schedule.
