Beginning Wednesday, June 25, smoke testing of our sanitary sewer lines will begin. No action is required from residents. More information can be found by clicking the "Sewer Smoke Testing" button on the home page.

SUP2020.01 Belmont Abbey Student Housing

A request to approve a special use permit to allow temporary student housing within the Belmont Abbey College Campus for the fall semester accommodating 132 students .  This project would allow three (3) modular type structures each providing 44-beds.  These units are proposed to be as a temporary accommodation until the permanent dormitories currently under construction are complete. 

Project scheduled to be heard by the City Council on Monday, July 6, 2020 at 6:45 pm
