Belmont Abbey Residence Halls - MDP 2019.04

MDP 2019.04 is a request to add two 5-story residence halls on Belmont Abbey's Campus. This project is being pursued in an effort to relieve the already existing residence halls on campus. The college does not have plans of increasing student population at this time. Currently, two residence halls on campus are at triple occupancy. This addition would allow the campus to reduce these rooms to double occupancy.

Approved - Under development

The Planning Board recommended approval of MDP 2019.04 to City Council at the May 16, 2019 Planning Board meeting. The City Council then approved this project at their June 3, 2019 meeting. The project is currently going through the construction plan review process.
