Belmont Town Center- 5/3 Bank

Proposed amendment to the original Belmont Town Center conditional zoning district to allow for a 1 story, 1900 SF free-standing bank w/ drive through located at 975 South Point Rd, 1900 SF. This outparcel, originally labeled as Outparcel E, allowed for up to 12,000 SF of office/retail in a flex commercial building without a drive through on the site.
