Beginner Bootcamp is meant for those looking to add a work out, build strength, and improve endurance for a fun-filled calorie burn. Classes can be scaled or modified to any person's level of fitness. The best part is that resistance can be added for anyone who feels that they are ready for the next level, or it can be toned down for an active rest day.
Classes will be held each week beginning Tuesday, June 12th 2018 and conclude on Tuesday, September 4th 2018.

Classes will be held at the J. Paul Ford Recreation Center located at 37 E Woodrow Ave., Belmont, NC 28012
The first class is complimentary for all participants. Fees can be accepted in cash or check form only.
In City Residents: No charge
Non-residents: $10.00 per month or $3.00 per class.
Class slots are limited to the first 10 people to register. Please call 704-825-8191 to reserve your space. Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your first class to complete your registration form.
Workouts will last 35-40 minutes and include a 10 minute cool down/stretch.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to find a spot on the floor and/or discuss any questions or concerns with the instructor.
Class Overview: Upon starting the class, the instructor will briefly discuss the workout objectives and techniques that will be performed.
Class will transition into a 10 minute warm up, then move into demonstrations of all movements to be used in the workout. Modifications are available upon request or at the instructor's discretion.
