The Water and Sewer Department is charged with the maintenance and construction of approximately 95 miles of all water distribution facilities, including over 5000 water taps. The City is currently providing water service to areas inside and outside the City limits. The Water and Sewer Department is also responsible for the maintenance and construction of approximately 75 miles of sewer collections systems, including over 3900 sewer taps.
The City currently provides sewer service to areas inside the City Limits. On a daily basis the water sewer department responds to citizen's requests such as water leaks, sewer leaks, sewer odors and we repair lines whenever necessary.
