Now it's your turn to review the draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan. We are moving into our last phase of the process and asking the Belmont community to put the final touches on the Draft Plan.
This Draft Plan is the product of nine months of working with the community. "I want to acknowledge the residents, business owners, and community partners, who have helped bring us to this point," said Mayor Martin. "I encourage you to review this initial draft and give us your input. The public comment period, between October 3 and November 3, is an opportunity to help refine the community's final vision for Belmont." The final draft plan will be presented to the Planning Board and City Council in a public workshop in November.
The draft document is provided for your review at this link. You can share your comments at these events or submit them online at our "My Voice" link. Too busy to attend one of our meetings? That's OK. You can still chime in through our "My Voice"link. Any questions may be directed to our planning staff at 704.901.2065.
